Wedding ministry software

Where every wedding becomes a marriage.

One place for every couple, coordinator, pastor, and mentor. From the first inquiry to the first anniversary, VowPath keeps the whole ministry moving together.

The VowPath admin dashboard: four new couple assignments waiting to be contacted, a year-to-date counter reading 96 weddings, and tiles for agreements to send, signatures awaited, overdue balances, and couples needing a mentor.
Built for the whole team

Every role, one path

VowPath was built inside a working chapel that hosts nearly two hundred weddings a year. Each role sees exactly what their work needs, nothing else.

Coordinators
Every couple, every step, at a glance

Your couples arrive as cards with photos, dates, and a living checklist. Falling-behind signals surface early: a rehearsal not yet set, a step untouched for three weeks. Log the next step in one tap and move on.

The VowPath coordinator dashboard: two couple cards, each with a photo and wedding date. The first is tagged falling behind, with its rehearsal unset 46 days out and a one tap button to log the next step. Both show progress dots for the checklist.
Pastors
Know your couples before you meet them

Assignments, meeting status, and each couple's story in one quiet view. A meeting still unscheduled at forty-five days out gets flagged before it becomes a scramble.

The VowPath pastor dashboard: two new assignments awaiting outreach, above a row of couple cards showing each wedding date, Prepare and Enrich status, rehearsal and ceremony times, and the next step to take.
Mentors
Marriage mentoring, kept faithfully

The four-session MentorUs journey lives alongside the wedding itself. Session notes, progress, and pairings in one place, so the ministry that outlasts the wedding day never falls through the cracks.

A couple's mentoring detail in VowPath: the four MentorUs sessions, Our Story through Our Intimacy, each with scheduling controls and a met marker, above the marriage certificate request.
Why VowPath exists
Our ministry outgrew its spreadsheets.

For years, spreadsheets served Harborside Chapel well, until nearly two hundred weddings a year asked more of them than any spreadsheet can give. The details of caring for that many couples deserved a tool built for the work.

So we built it: one that treats a wedding not as an event to run but as the first day of a marriage worth investing in. VowPath is that tool, and now it is ready for yours.

Bring your ministry onto the path.

VowPath is in beta with the team at Harborside Chapel. If you serve a wedding ministry and are curious where it goes next, we would love to hear from you.
