Who we are

VowPath is operated by Harborside Chapel, part of Harborside Christian Church, Inc, in Safety Harbor, Florida. VowPath is the software Harborside Chapel staff use to coordinate weddings. You can reach us at hello@harborsidechapel.org.

What we collect

• Staff account details. Name, email address, role, and the profile settings a staff member chooses.
• Text alert details. For staff who opt in to text alerts, their mobile phone number and a record of their opt-in (when it was given and how).
• Couple and wedding information. Details that staff enter to run chapel operations, such as names, contact details, wedding dates, and planning notes.

How we use it

We use this information to run wedding coordination at Harborside Chapel. For staff who have opted in, and only for them, we use their mobile number to send booking alert texts. We do not use it for anything else.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We rely on a small number of service providers to run VowPath, for hosting, email delivery, and SMS delivery. They process information only as needed to operate the service on our behalf, and not for their own purposes.

Opting out of texts

You can stop text alerts at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by turning off text alerts in your VowPath staff profile. Reply HELP for help. See our Terms & Conditions for the full SMS terms.
